Built for complex hormonal health

Endometriosis can affect far more than your cycle. Inflammation, gut health, blood sugar, liver function, hormone metabolism, sleep, fatigue and daily stress can all influence how you feel. The Endo Wellness Reset is designed to help you make sense of those moving parts without being handed a generic diet plan.

Fleur brings both clinical training and lived experience with endometriosis to the program. Her approach is practical and evidence-informed, with clear education, realistic changes, and support that can be adapted to your body, routine and budget.

What is included

$499 for consultation, testing review and 8 weeks of support

The program is structured enough to guide you week by week, while still keeping room for personalisation through your initial consultation and check-ins.

Initial consultation

Begin with a detailed review of your symptoms, health history, food patterns, lifestyle, goals and current results so Fleur can understand your full picture.

Weekly check-ins

Stay supported as you apply the material, ask questions, adjust your plan and keep momentum through real-life weeks.

Audio and PDF resources

Use bite-sized lessons, worksheets and downloadable resources designed to make the information easier to revisit and apply.

Community support

Access the program support space so you can feel less alone while working through symptoms, nutrition changes and next steps.

What the 8 weeks cover

The course material helps you understand the foundations first, then moves into practical food, lifestyle and body-system support. Topics include endometriosis education, PMOS (PCOS), adenomyosis, hormone tracking, liver and detoxification pathways, environmental toxin exposure, gut symptoms, IBS, SIBO, FODMAPs, inflammatory foods, omega-3s, blood sugar, protein, bladder health, hydration, fibre, sleep, fatigue, thyroid and iron considerations.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with rules. The goal is to help you understand what may be driving symptoms, where nutrition can support you, and what changes are most worth your energy.

Good to know

Program questions

Who is The Endo Wellness Reset for?

It is designed for people living with endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS) or adenomyosis who want structured nutrition education and personalised support rather than piecing together conflicting advice on their own.

What is included for $499?

The $499 program includes an initial consultation, functional blood analysis, access to the 8-week program material and weekly check-ins. Final access and payment details will be confirmed with Fleur before launch.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. Nutrition support is not a substitute for diagnosis, medical advice or treatment. Fleur's work is designed to sit alongside your GP, specialist and healthcare team.

Do I need recent blood tests?

Bring any recent pathology results if you have them. If further testing would be useful, Fleur can discuss appropriate options during your consultation.

Can I do the program online?

Yes. Fleur offers telehealth consultations across Australia, so the program can be supported online as well as through her Mornington Peninsula clinic options.

Can I join if I am newly diagnosed or still investigating symptoms?

You can still enquire. Fleur can help you decide whether the program or a standard consultation is the most appropriate next step, while medical diagnosis and treatment remain with your GP or specialist.
